Please write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Products returned without a valid Return Authorization number.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your Nostalgic Vibes 2G disposable arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos or videos of the damage and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
